Shipping Policy
Welcome to Exclusive Tile & Marble's Shipping Policy. Please review the following information regarding the shipping of our products:
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all costs related to shipping their products. All shipments are FOB (Free On Board) from our warehouses. This means that the customer assumes the full risk of loss or damage to the merchandise at the shipping point. Any claims for damage, shortage, or errors in shipping must be recorded on the original receiving documents and reported within twenty-four (24) hours.
Delivery Addresses: Deliveries can only be made to regular street addresses. Local pickup is available; please contact us for further details.
Residential Address Freight Deliveries: For residential address freight deliveries, lift-gate CURB-SIDE delivery services will be provided. We do not offer inside delivery services, so customers must make arrangements to move the products inside their property.
Carriers will contact customers at the provided phone number(s) to schedule delivery arrangements. It is crucial for customers to be available on the agreed date and time to avoid re-delivery fees charged by the carriers.
Commercial/Business Address Freight Deliveries: Commercial/business address freight deliveries require a loading/unloading dock at the receiving end. Materials will need to be offloaded with the help of unloading equipment, such as a forklift or a pallet jack.
Delivery to Both Residential and Commercial Addresses: Items can be delivered to both residential and commercial addresses. Larger orders can also be sent to a trucking terminal in the buyer's area for pickup.
Additional Charges: Shipping rates provided cover standard pick-up and delivery only. Additional charges, including storage, shipping, and warehouse fees, may apply under the following circumstances:
- Customer cannot be contacted
- Customer is not available
- Customer rejects the shipment
- Customer provided the wrong address
- Customer changed their mind
- Customer does not have the means to unload
- Customer is not prepared to receive the product
- Product is redirected upon Customer’s request
Liability and Delays: We are not liable for delays in delivery times, nor are we responsible for extra labor or equipment costs arising from issues with the third-party transportation company or their equipment. Any claims against the transportation company must be filed and handled directly with the transportation company by the customer.
